past Andrew Goldblatt was 15, his daddy passed away. Goldblatt, now 25 and full of life at a sterling gym in Hauppauge, other York, fell into a deep depression. Hed always been a hefty kid growing uphe consistently broke the weight limit as pubescent football playerbut next his fathers death he wanted nothing more than to lie in bed every morning and eat, barely moving, not talking to anyone. He figures he was absorbing 10,000 calories nearly all day; in five years, he gained more than 200 pounds. At 65, he weighed 540 pounds. He was not just overweight, but in point of fact bedridden. The turning reduction came similar to he had a seizure in his bedroom. Paramedics brusque to help, but because of Goldblatts size, they had no showing off to get him to the hospital. It feels amazing, he says. Gives you a boost of confidence, a boost in confidence you didnt even know you like had. He keeps touching forward, and he encourages others to pull off the same. Youre the lonesome person who can back yourself, he says, The lonely one who can make the changes is you.
